Guidelines for Presentations

Oral presentation

Oral presentations will be given using a PC projector. The symposium will prepare a LCD projector and a connector cable (VGA D-sub 15 pin cable). Presenters must bring your own PCs.


Poster presentation
(Tentative Information)
The poster board size is 90 cm wide and 210 cm high. The suitable poster size is A0.

In the poster session, the people requesting mini- oral presentation in Category 1 will make short presentations (several min.).
The details will be infromed after submission of manuscript.

Mini- oral presentations will be given using a PC projector.
The symposium will prepare a PC only for the mini-oral presentation.
Presenters are required to prepare a presentation file of several slides (A4 size) in pdf format.
The file name should be "presentation number"+ "presenters family name"+.pdf.
The presenters must install the above-mentioned pdf file into the PC at the registration desk.
The presentation number will be informed presenters in mid-September by e-mail.
