Registration

Those who intend to participate in the "The 56th Symposium on Glasses and Photonics Matrials" and "The 11th GIC Symposium" are required to register for these symposiums. The presenter should be registered by the submission of presentation.

Pre-Registration and On-site registraton are available.

On-Site Registration Desk will be open during the symposium.

■ Pre-registration
Participants must send the registration form to the secretariat by e-mail and pay the registration fee by bank transfer until 13th October 2015, for pre-registration.

The registration fees are in Japanese yens. The registration fee covers admission to all the symposium sessions and lectures, an abstract book, and coffee break during the symposium. The banquet has a separate fee.
